Now we’re looking for a driven Strategic Client Director who is expected to do large and pioneering business in our continuing journey of profitable growth.

You will head up with our business development, project management and build long-term relationships with our major clients in Sweden and abroad, especially in Germany. As Strategic Client Director, you’ll represent our company and our values in both internal and customer-facing interactions.

Responsibilities                                                                                                                           

  • Manage, serve and develop our strategic clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities to increase sales
  • Set and achieve strategic goals
  • Build strong long-term client relationships
  • Communicate with our clients on a regular basis
  • Serve as the link between strategic clients and our team
  • Identify new potential strategic clients
  • Take responsibility for sales targets
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as well as forecasts
  • Lead contract negotiations


Preferred personal traits and skills
You have a university or equivalent degree and enjoy managing and developing business. You have documented professional experience as a strategic or key account manager and are now ready to take the next step in your career. You have the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in a structured manner and command strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving approach.

You have B2B sales and project management experience, a systems orientation and are a tech enthusiast. It’s a plus if you’re also familiar with software development. You’re modest, proactive, responsible and take the initiative while also being responsive to those around you.

Given that our clients are located both in Sweden and abroad, this job requires that you travel about 1 to 2 days a week. You’re fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.

You'll be given great influence over your work and you should be able to prioritise and structure your days based on what requires time and focus. We highly value your personal qualities. You will work closely with the CEO, regional and consultant managers. You report directly to the CEO and this position does not have any staff responsibility.
