Now we’re looking for a driven Global Sales Director who is expected to do large and pioneering business in our continuing journey of profitable growth.

You will head up with our skilled team and build long-term relationships with our clients in Sweden and abroad. As a Global Sales Director, you’ll represent our company and our values in both internal and customer-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop the sales- and leadership structure with a helicopter perspective for the entire Navigare Yachting.
  • Set and drive the sales for the entire Navigare Yachting.
  • Full responsibility for the sales budget.
  • Develop business plans for new markets such as Germany and France.
  • Expand the existing destinations for the yacht fleet together with the team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities to increase sales.
  • Build strong long-term client relationships.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, events and partner meetings.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as well as forecasts.
  • Responsible for a staff of with two direct reporting sales managers located in Malmö, Sweden and Zagreb, Croatia plus a team of 12 sales reps.

Preferred personal traits and skills

You have documented professional leadership experience within international sales and have the ability to communicate with both clients, partners and colleagues in a structured manner and command strong negotiation skills.

You have B2C/B2B and digital platform sales experience. You’re modest, proactive, responsible and take the initiative while also being responsive to those around you.

Given that our offices and clients are located both in Sweden and abroad, this job requires that you travel. We expect approximately 80-100 nights. You’re fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.

You'll be given great influence over your work and you should be able to prioritise and structure your days based on what requires time and focus. We highly value your personal qualities. You will work closely with your team as well as the CEO, CFO, COO, CMO.

You report directly to the CEO and are a part of the management group.
