Now we are looking for a driven Business Developer in Stockholm who is expected to grow the Stockholm market with new customers as well as existing in our continuing journey of profitable growth.

As a Business Developer, you will represent our company and our values in both internal and client-facing interactions.

Responsibilities               

As Business Developer, you will plan, execute, and follow up on our business strategy and operations for our Stockholm business unit. This includes responsibilities such as:  

• Pioneering new customers and identify their needs
• Drive and own the business process
• Business development of existing and new clients 
• Maintain customer relations
• Marketing activities with support from the HQ in Malmö
• External stage presentations 
• Involved in project steering groups
• Collaboration with Microsoft, AWS and other local partners 
• Be an ambassador for Stratiteq

You report to and will work closely with the Regional manager and will play an important role of our growth in Stockholm.

Given that the clients mainly are located in Stockholm the position requires local travelling plus approximately 10 overnight stays per year.

Personality  

As a true Business Developer, you are enterprising and passionate about the customer meeting and love the art of doing business. You are structured and thorough and are willing to “go the extra mile" to obtain results. You are good at networking and thinks long-term in business relationships.

Goal orientation is part of your everyday business life, and you work on the basis that it is the result that matters. You have a client-oriented approach and a great sense of teamwork and people. Well organized, capable to follow up projects and deadlines, open minded, straight forward and good in presentation, are also some of your characteristics. 

You'll be given great influence over your work, and you should be able to prioritise and structure your days based on what requires time and focus. We highly value your personal qualities. All with a big heart and sense of humor.

Experiences  

You have a university or equivalent degree and have been working at least 3 years in the IT consulting or resource business or similar, preferable at small to medium sized entrepreneurial companies.  

You have a multi-cultural experience and just love doing business.

We would also like you to have a proven track record within:  

• Sales
• Business development
• Marketing communication

Experience from one, or more, of the following areas will make you even more qualified:  

• Advanced Analytics and AI 
• Microsoft Dynamics 
• Custom software development  

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing.
